Before we begin, ensure the following things

• You must have the latest version of Fishstrap installed
• Your internet connection is stable and working properly
• Your device meets the minimum system requirements for running Roblox and Fishstrap (Windows 10 and later)
• Roblox is not down for maintenance (there’s nothing we can do)
• You are not running any exploits (no support will be provided for you)
